NoPOS

A franchise POS that head office can actually run.

NoPOS gives a restaurant group one place to set menus, prices, hours and delivery zones, while each store trades on its own and keeps going when its internet drops.

Head office sets it once. Franchisees change only what you unlock.

In many groups, a price change means a round of phone calls and a week of checking who did it. In NoPOS, head office publishes the menu once and it reaches the tills, menu boards, ordering site, WhatsApp and Google Business Profile. Fields you lock stay locked, and price bands let franchisees move only within the limits you set.

Menus by brand, region and store

Run one menu or several, with locked fields and price bands for franchisees.

Staged rollouts

New menus and updates reach five stores first, and stop on their own if something looks wrong.

Royalties and marketing fund

Royalty and marketing-fund statements per franchisee, split per brand.

Food cost and staff signals

Theoretical against actual food cost, voids after send, refunds and no-sale drawer opens.

Approvals and audit trail

Price drops, store closures and role changes can need approval, and each one is on record.

Delivery zones on a map

Draw each zone with its fee, minimum order and ETA, and use smaller zones at peak.

A store never waits for head office.

Every till and kitchen screen in a store holds the whole day's orders and talks to the others directly, so there is no store server to fail. If a store's internet drops, or head office goes quiet, the store keeps trading and syncs its sales afterwards. Read more about how offline trading works.

The price is per store, with no limit on tills and screens and no commission on sales or card payments. Standard is R1,499 and Premium is R2,999 per store a month, excl. VAT, month-to-month. See what 5 and 50 stores cost.

Questions owners ask.

Can franchisees change their own prices?

Only what you unlock. Head office can lock fields and set price bands, so a franchisee can move a price within the band and no further.

Do we have to move every store at once?

No. We import your menu, staff and stores, and run NoPOS next to your current system in one store first. Stores move over one at a time, so nobody has to switch everything on a single night.

What happens to stores if the head office connection is down?

They keep trading on their own network. Sales sync to HQ once the link is back. Online orders need the internet, so they can't reach a store until it is.

How do royalties work?

NoPOS produces royalty and marketing-fund statements per franchisee, split per brand, from the sales each store has recorded.

Is there a discount for a large group?

Published prices are per store. Talk to us about your group: book a demo and tell us how many stores you run.
